The Worcestershire Way is a 47mile route which follows the County's western
boundary from Kingsford Country Park in the north to the southern end of the Malvern Hills near the Gloucestershire border.
Our version of this attractive walk starts at Kinver and continues along the
sandstone ridge known as Kinver Edge. The path soon crosses the River Severn before passing through Bewdley. Continuing through rural Worcestershire we pass through picturesque villages and varied, undulating countryside to arrive at Malvern. Our journey continues to the southern most point of the Malvern Hills before swinging west to complete the journey at the attractive market town of Ledbury.
The total distance of this walk is just over 60miles and the itinerary that we have
prepared covers the route in six days.
Guided and self-guided versions of this walk are available.
